Found a calculation error, a broken chart, or something that doesn't look right? Please let us know so we can fix it. When reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- What you expected to happen vs what actually happened
- The input values you were using (or a screenshot)
- Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on iPhone, Safari on Mac)
Suggest a Feature
Have an idea for something the calculator should do? We're always looking to improve. Some features our users have asked for:
- Adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) modeling
- Scenario comparison (save and compare multiple sets of inputs)
- Inflation-adjusted (real) return views
- Integration with live mortgage rate feeds
